Brad Margetts  |  Controller

Brad is the Controller for Hawkins Capital.  He is responsible for financial reporting, all accounting functions, budgeting and cash management.  He works with outside auditors and tax professionials to ensure accurate financial information for investors, managers and business partners.  He also works with the portfolio manager in managing the assets and providing information to borrowers.

Brad has over 15 years of accounting and finance experience in the real estate and banking industries.  Prior to Hawkins Capital, he was a Controller of a national commercial real estate management, investment and development company with over 2.5 million sq. ft. of commercial, industrial and retail space. 

Brad graduated from the University of Utah with a bacherlor's degree in Accounting and a MBA from the University of Utah.  He has been a cerified public accountant in the state of Utah since 1996.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants.
