Gary Hawkins    |    Principal

Gary is a Co-Founder and Principal for Hawkins Capital.  He is also the Founder and Owner of the corporate company, Hawkins Companies LLC of commercial development located in Boise, Idaho.  His developments have included power centers, entertainment centers anchored by mega-plexes.  In the last 30 years, he has developed more than 200 different commercial properties across the country.

Gary began his career in real estate in Salt Lake City, Utah following college graduation. Before striking out on his own, Gary worked on locating sites for companies such as Smith's Food and Drug, Safeway, Albertsons and Circle K. 

Gary graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Business Management. He was a senior instructor in the commercial investment division of the National Association of Realtors (CCIM). For 20 years he helped develop and teach market feasibility as well as shopping center development classes. Gary has taught seminars in cities across the country from Miami to Anchorage.
