Gentry Jensen    |    Chief Operating Officer

Gentry is the Chief Operating Officer for Hawkins Capital. In this role he oversees all origination, real estate due diligence, underwriting and marketing for the Company. Gentry also serves on the investment committee and holds responsibility for the management of the investment portfolio.

Prior to joining Hawkins, Gentry was the President of Wentworth Development, a real estate development company, where he oversaw the due diligence, acquisition, development and disposition of over $100 million worth of residential, resort and retail real estate. He has also worked as the Chief Operating Officer of NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate and Property Management, where he was responsible for Utah's largest investment brokerage as well as the management of several million feet of commercial real estate. Mr. Jensen has experience as an asset manager for the JPMorgan Private Bank in New York where he focused on alternative investments and asset allocation. Prior to entering the business world, Gentry served on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a SEAL Officer for several years.

Gentry holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS with merit in Control Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
