Jason Galloway    |    Principal

Jason is a Co-Founder and the managing Principal of Hawkins Capital. He oversees the daily operations which  includes underwriting, portfolio management, sales and marketing, financing and the investment folder for commercial property loans.

Prior to co-founding Hawkins, Jason was the Director of a privately held real estate development company in Utah. Jason oversaw the marketing and sales of a 2,200-acre master planned community, which included apartments, town homes, residential lots and commercial space. Before that, he was in the Real Estate Group in Citigroup's Alternative Investments Division in New York where his responsibilities included underwriting mezzanine loans, valuing principal real estate transactions and structuring a real estate distressed debt fund. Prior to that, Jason worked in J.P. Morgan's Private Banking Division and Pricewaterhouse Cooper's Real Estate Group. He has owned and managed real estate properties for the past 10 years.

Jason graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a BS in Accounting and received an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
