Kelly Grange    |    Advisor

Kelly is a managing member of Hawkins Companies LLC, our corporate company in Boise, Idaho.  He currently serves in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. Kelly has overseen the financing of over 100 properties for HCO with an aggregate loan amount of several hundred million dollars. He manages the finance, accounting, property management and information technology departments of HCO.

Prior to joining HCO, Kelly was a Vice President with Bank of America in Phoenix, Arizona for nine years where he was responsible for the financing of retail, office, industrial and multi-family projects. Kelly also worked with Key Bank of Utah (formerly Commercial Security Bank) and Western Mortgage Loan Corp. Kelly has over 20 years of commercial lending experience.

Kelly graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Business Management and received an MBA from the University of Utah.
