Quinn Kelly    |    Commercial Underwriter

Quinn joined Hawkins Capital in 2008 as a Commercial Underwriter. Her responsibilities include underwriting commercial loans and credit evaluation. Quinn brings five years of real estate finance experience to her role at Hawkins Capital.

Prior to joining Hawkins Capital, Quinn was a commercial underwriter at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance, focusing on cash flow underwriting, transaction structuring and credit evaluation. There she was instrumental in underwriting and closing in excess of $1 billion of debt and mezzanine transactions.

Quinn graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Political Science and received an MBA from California Lutheran University.
