Randall Mills    |    Business Development Officer

Randall is a Business Development Officer for Hawkins Capital out of the Phoenix, Arizona office. He is focused on loan sourcing, structure, and due diligence throughout the Western United States.

Randall comes to Hawkins Capital with 12 years of lending experience from commercial, residential, and private capital financing. He has owned his own residential mortgage company from 2001 - 2007, as well as worked for three other major lenders during his time in residential finance. Randall's expertise lies in loan structure and solutions to challenging projects. Randall has held as many as 30 mortgage origination licenses in the United States.

Randall studied Political Science and Finance at the University of Kansas.
