Bridge Loans
Short-term funding (generally less than one year). Allows a borrower to close quickly for tight timelines or to arrange for permanent financing.
Acquisition/Reposition Financing
Capital for value-added projects such as asset repositioning, property re-leasing and capital improvements that will increase the value of the underlying real estate. The duration is typically less than three years.
Development Loans
Financing for commercial and residential land development. This funding can include capital for acquisition and development improvement costs. These transactions may include participating debt, joint ventures or more active management.
