Tom Nist    |    Business Development Officer

Tom is a Business Development Officer for Hawkins Capital. He leads deal sourcing out of the Boise, ID office and is focused on income producing properties throughout the Western U.S.  Tom has a unique ability to find creative solutions to challenging projects.  He has broad deal experience in a variety of industries.

Tom, the 2005 Ernst & Young PNW Entrepreneur of the Year Award winner, has over 20 years of senior management, sales, marketing and deal experience. He has been President of 3 businesses ranging from $7 million to over $100 million and has led sales teams totaling over $200 million in sales.  Tom is also the networking officer for the Idaho Chapter of Young Presidents Organization.

Tom double majored in Business and Communications at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR and graduated with honors in both.  He has post graduate work at Kellogg School of Business in Chicago and is Series 7 licensed.
